Job Description
  1. Provide On-site and Remote IT Support to users and customers.
  2. Receive, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  3. Diagnose hardware, operating system, network connectivity, and peripheral device issues.
  4. Coordinate and perform replacement of faulty hardware components when required.
  5. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical team or vendor.
  6. Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) according to the maintenance schedule.
  7. Monitor and follow up on reported incidents until successful resolution.
  8. Maintain service records, incident reports, maintenance reports, and related technical documentation.
  9. Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  10. Provide professional and service-minded support to end users.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Technical Support, or a related role is preferred. (Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are also welcome to apply.
  3.  Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, LAN, and Wi-Fi.
  4. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot common hardware issues.
  5. Basic understanding of TCP/IP, network connectivity, routing and switching, Proxmox, and IT infrastructure is an advantage.
  6. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  7. Service-minded, responsible, and able to work independently.
  8. Able to travel to customer sites when required.
  9. Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with customers and technical teams.
