Job Description
We are looking for an on-site IT Service Desk Executive to join our Global IT Team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal IT services, providing internal support to our global Jellyfish community. You will be at the forefront of our commitment to technological excellence, ensuring that our systems and processes are aligned with industry best practices.
Responsibilities
To provide IT support to all users onsite and globally via the Company Service Management Tool
Deliver a high level of customer service when assisting staff in resolving IT issues
Assessing and purchasing new and replacement hardware
Testing, troubleshooting and adjusting information systems to operate effectively
Provide application support for programs such as Microsoft Office, Sage Accounts, GSuite, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc
Managing new starter and leaver process/administration
Produce and maintain departmental procedures, checklists for tasks and FAQ sheets
Execute daily checks, such as system backups, network devices and meeting room kit ensuring records of checks are maintained
Propose new ideas on how to improve departmental processes/procedures
Ensure skill base is kept up to date, including passing any applicable technical exams
Manage ad-hoc project work, as required
Maintain meeting room hardware and provide on-site support for meetings
Manage the onsite network infrastructure
Requirements:
Business English level
Minimum 2 years of helpdesk experience
Experience in using Microsoft Windows 10 -11 desktop operating systems
Experience in using MacOS desktop operating systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with all levels of personnel
Good time management and priority handling
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
Can demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
100% full on-site work
Preferred:
Experience using MDM tools (JAMF Pro + MS Intune)
Experience in using G Suite for Enterprise
IT qualifications in Microsoft and/or Google product
Asset management
Network experience preferably CISCO Meraki
Interest in cloud computing, G Suite for Enterprise, Box, Azure, Google cloud
