Help Desk / Service Desk Junior

Requisitos:

1 a 3 años de experiencia en Service Desk, Help Desk o Soporte Técnico.
Inglés conversacional avanzado B2+ (capacidad para atender usuarios, participar en llamadas y redactar correos/documentación).
Experiencia en soporte y troubleshooting de sistemas operativos Windows.
Conocimientos en Microsoft 365: Outlook, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint y OneDrive.
Experiencia en soporte de hardware y software para equipos HP y Dell.
Conocimiento en instalación, configuración y despliegue de sistemas operativos, drivers y aplicaciones.
Experiencia en diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias de conectividad y redes (LAN/Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, VPN, cableado y networking básico).
Gestión y seguimiento de tickets mediante herramientas de Service Desk.
Priorización de incidentes y solicitudes conforme a SLA establecidos.
Atención y soporte a usuarios finales vía teléfono, correo electrónico, portal de autoservicio y soporte presencial.

Deseable:

Experiencia con Service Now o herramientas similares de gestión de tickets.
Conocimientos de ITIL.
Experiencia en proyectos de migración, despliegue o renovación de equipos.
Portugués intermedio para soporte a usuarios de Latinoamérica.

Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrida en Softtek Aguascalientes.

Disponibilidad para cubrir guardias y rol de turnos.
