Role Overview:
As an Adobe Workfront MRM Consultant, you will serve as the strategic bridge between complex marketing operations and technical execution. You will partner with cross-functional marketing teams and global stakeholders to architect, implement, and optimize Marketing Resource Management solutions that streamline project lifecycles and resource allocation. By leveraging your deep expertise in Adobe Workfront and its ecosystem, you will drive digital transformation, ensuring that marketing workflows are not only automated but also aligned with broader business objectives to maximize operational efficiency and campaign ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure end-to-end Workfront workflows to standardize project intake, resource management, and digital proofing processes for global marketing departments.
- Develop complex automation scenarios using Adobe Workfront Fusion to integrate disparate marketing technology stacks, reducing manual overhead and data silos.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into scalable technical configurations within the Adobe Experience Platform.
- Conduct comprehensive system audits and performance tuning to ensure the Workfront environment remains agile and responsive to evolving organizational needs.
- Provide expert-level guidance and training to internal teams, fostering a culture of self-sufficiency and best-practice adoption across the enterprise.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated proficiency in architecting and managing Adobe Workfront instances, with a deep understanding of object structures, custom forms, and reporting dashboards.
- Proven ability to build sophisticated workflow automations using Adobe Workfront Fusion to connect cross-platform marketing data.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to bridge the gap between technical product management and marketing operational needs.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical leadership and driving consensus across diverse teams.
- A collaborative approach to problem-solving, with the flexibility to thrive in a hybrid work environment across major hubs like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, or Chennai.
- A degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-impact marketing technology solutions.
