Salesforce Techno - Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, working knowledge of Service Cloud, and experience integrating Salesforce with ERP and other enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with business users to understand requirements, design appropriate Salesforce solutions, and independently handle configuration, development, reporting, integrations, testing, and production support. This is a techno-functional role and requires both strong functional understanding of Salesforce business processes and hands-on technical capability.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Configure and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud, including: Leads, Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities, Products and Price Books, Sales Processes and Opportunity Stages, Custom Objects and Fields, Record Types and Page Layouts, Validation Rules and Formula Fields, Salesforce Flow and Approvals.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards and custom report types.
• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and ERP/enterprise systems.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, data mappings, synchronisation, authentication, error handling and reconciliation.
• Develop and support custom Salesforce functionality using: Apex, Triggers, SOQL, Lightning Web Components.
• Participate in requirement discussions, solution design, estimation, demos, testing and UAT.
• Perform data migration, import/export, cleansing and reconciliation activities.
• Configure Salesforce security including roles, profiles, permission sets and sharing rules.
• Troubleshoot functional, technical, data and integration issues.
• Support deployments across development, UAT and production environments.
• Provide support for Service Cloud, including Cases, Queues, Assignment Rules, Email-to-Case and related processes.
