3、熟练掌握至少一种Python Web框架，包括Django/Flask/FastAPI其中一种，具备扎实的异步编程基础
4、微服务架构能力：理解微服务核心设计原则，具备按照业务领域拆分服务的实践经验，熟悉API网关、服务发现、熔断降级等服务治理方案，了解分布式CAP定理、BASE理论和常见分布式事务解决方案（TCC/Saga等）
5、Docker容器化能力：掌握Docker容器化技术，能够独立编写Dockerfile完成镜像构建，理解多阶段构建优化镜像体积的方法，熟悉容器编排基础，有基于Docker部署线上服务的经验
6、熟练掌握Redis，Kafka，hadoop,spark 等数据库和大数据处理技术。
熟悉MySQL/PostgreSQL等关系型数据库，具备SQL调优、索引优化实战经验
7、掌握K8s基础，有CI/CD流水线搭建经验，熟悉DevOps工作流程
8、熟悉大数据处理技术，有结合Python和Spark/Flink做数据处理的经验
9、可接受驻场工作
