Shere Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Creditor Controller to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for account reconciliations, capturing payments, and ensuring accuracy in invoicing and financial records.
Duties & Responsibilities- Perform creditors reconciliations
- Capture and process invoices and payments to be made
- Review and reconcile invoices against statements
- Prepare reconciliations for payments and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams regarding account queries
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong reconciliation and numerical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Microsoft Excel and Outlook proficient
- Own transport essential
R6 000 – R8 000 depending on experience
