El Químico I, tiene a su cargo la responsabilidad de mantener los altos estándares de calidad tanto del Producto Terminado, como de las Materias Primas empleadas en nuestros procesos, manteniendo los parámetros establecidos por la compañía y cumpliendo con los valores esenciales de Sherwin-Williams. Verificando y optimizando la formulación de nuestros productos, documenta y corrige cualquier desviación del producto final, que pueda afectar su desempeño. Es importante contar con experiencia en recubrimientos.
- Responsable de mejoras de fórmulas locales (pintura liquida de preferencia poliéster)
- Implementar proyectos de ahorro y/o cambio de proceso (tropicalización) en su manufactura
- Evaluación de materias primas criticas y proponer alternativas ante cambio de suministro
- Elaboración de análisis de laboratorio y reportes técnicos
- Dar soporte y resolver problemas de calidad en producción y línea del cliente.
- Seguimiento a No Conformidades reportadas por el cliente.
- Cumple reglas cardinales y normas de seguridad establecidas por la empresa.
Educacion.- Lic/Ing Quimico
Experiencia de trabajo en pinturas y recrubimientos
