  • Communicate complex operational, architectural, integration, security, and technical concepts clearly to hotel owners, operators, corporate executives, IT leaders, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Own the technical accuracy and quality of proposed solutions and RFP/RFI responses, engaging Product, Security, Legal, and other internal specialists as needed.
  • Document customer requirements, solution designs, technical assumptions, dependencies, risks, and agreed decisions throughout the sales process.
  • Identify and escalate solution gaps, technical risks, or requested commitments that require internal review before they are communicated or agreed to with a customer.
  • Develop repeatable sales enablement resources, including demo frameworks, reusable configurations, competitive positioning, technical objection handling, and product training.
  • Translate prospect requirements and recurring market needs into commercially relevant feedback for Product and Sales leadership, identifying gaps and opportunities that may impact win rates, customer value, or revenue.
  • Complete structured post-sale handoffs to PMO and Implementation teams, ensuring that customer requirements, solution decisions, architecture, and supporting documentation are accurately transferred.
  • Manage multiple opportunities, demonstration deadlines, and technical requests while maintaining strong responsiveness to the sales organization.
  • Represent Shiji at customer meetings, hotel visits, internal meetings, training sessions, industry events, and trade shows as needed.

  • Demonstrated ability to uncover complex customer requirements and operational dependencies and translate them into appropriate technology solutions.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, system integrations, networking, cloud technologies, and information security, with the ability to discuss solution architecture credibly with technical stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect technical capabilities to business value, influence the buying process, address objections, and support the advancement of sales opportunities.
  • Proven ability to lead complex product demonstrations and communicate effectively with operational, technical, and executive audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and competing priorities while maintaining solution accuracy and quality.
