Automation Engineer (AI & Integrations) (m/f/n)

For one of our Partners, we are currently looking for an Automation AI Engineer to join a project focused on intelligent automation, system integration, data processing, and modern AI technologies.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys building practical solutions that improve business efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver end-to-end solutions using APIs, workflows, ETL processes, and AI-powered technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain business process automations and AI-enabled solutions.
• Build end-to-end automation workflows using scripts, process automation tools, workflow orchestration, and AI solutions.
• Analyze business processes and identify practical automation opportunities.
• Develop integrations between internal and external systems using APIs and middleware solutions.
• Design and implement ETL pipelines and data processing solutions.
• Build AI-powered assistants and intelligent solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation, monitoring, and process optimization.
• Ensure solution quality, scalability, maintainability, and adherence to security best practices.

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of commercial experience in automation, software development, AI engineering, or a related technical area.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#.
• Proven experience designing and implementing automation solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with API development and system integrations, including:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP services
  • Webhooks
  • Microsoft Graph API
  • OAuth and authentication mechanisms
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
• Hands-on experience building automated solutions from concept through production deployment.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including source control, testing, and CI/CD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and self-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• English at B2/C1 level, Polish min B1,
• Availability to work remotely from Poland.

Nice to have:

• Experience with ETL, Data Engineering, or large-scale data transformation projects.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with modern AI technologies and intelligent automation solutions.
