Data Entry Clerk (Document & SharePoint Support) (m/f/x)

For our Partner, we are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join a long-term project delivered for a European Union Agency in Warsaw within the defence sector.

In this role, you will support project and system documentation processes, maintain electronic records and repositories, assist software system users, work with SharePoint-based solutions, produce reports, and ensure the quality and accuracy of data and technical documentation. You will cooperate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in an international environment.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Experienced in preparing meetings, documentation, managing correspondence and typing data into electronic systems.
• Proficient in using MS Office tools and office automation.
• Basic knowledge of ICT terminology and concepts.
• Knowledge of data manipulation tools and scripting.
• Systematic worker.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Dedication to quality and service-oriented attitude.
• Precise and accurate approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Careful about high quality of the contents and form of technical documentation.
• EU citizenship.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Education: University degree (Bachelor's level or equivalent, EQF Level 6). IT-related education is not required.

Specific Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of SharePoint and SharePoint-specific tools.
• Expertise in preparation and distribution of systems and project documentation.
• Exceptional collaborative skills.
• Proficiency in the use of software and tools for data analysis and visualization.

Typical Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Preparing, printing, and distributing systems and project documentation.
• Registering formal documents in electronic systems.
• Providing operator support to software system users.
• Managing correspondence and its register.
• Producing reports.
• Filling databases based on paper documents or other electronic repositories.
• Testing systems.
• Correcting and cleansing the content of electronic repositories.

We Offer:

• Long-term B2B contract with SHIMI for approximately 40 months with a possibility of extension.
• A service contract (umowa zlecenie) is an option for second-cycle (master’s level) students who are able to work full-time during European business hours.
• Working model: Remote / Near-site. The client may request attendance at the Warsaw office up to 12 days per quarter.
• Rate: 69 EUR/MD nett + VAT. (8-hour working day).
