Product Director Customer Lifecycle

Join Shine, a leading European fintech unicorn on a mission to simplify financial administration for entrepreneurs and small business owners. As the Product Director for Customer Lifecycle, you will own the strategy and roadmap for onboarding, identity verification, customer data, ongoing monitoring, and account closure. You will lead and develop your product teams, deliver onboarding on the new platform in every market, automate manual work, build the customer data platform, and make onboarding embeddable. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong background in product management and a deep understanding of KYC, AML, and financial crime prevention.

Missions

• Own the Customer Lifecycle roadmap end to end, including onboarding, identity verification, customer data, ongoing monitoring, Re-KYC, account closure, AML, fraud, and account security.
• Lead and develop product teams, supporting and challenging product managers and engineering leads, and ensuring hiring, performance, and growth in the area.
• Deliver onboarding on the new platform in every market, automate manual work, build the customer data platform, and make onboarding embeddable.
