职位描述：
1、负责 SAP ERP、MES 系统的日常运维支持，跟进处理系统运行问题与优化需求，保障核心系统稳定运行
2、参与两大核心系统的二次开发及新功能模块定制化开发，覆盖业务流程适配、功能应用开发、数据集成开发等场景
3、对接业务端数字化需求，参与需求调研、方案设计、代码实现及上线落地全流程工作
4、遵循公司开发规范与信息安全要求，编写对应开发文档与技术文档，保障代码质量与系统可维护性
5、配合新基地数字化建设规划，参与 MES 等系统的落地实施、迭代优化与跨基地推广工作
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，软件工程、计算机科学与技术、物联网工程等计算机相关专业应届毕业生
2、具备扎实的编程基础，熟悉 C#、Java 等至少一种主流开发语言
3、了解 Oracle、SQL Server 等主流数据库，掌握基础 SQL 编写能力，对 Web 开发技术有基础认知
4、认同企业数字化发展方向，具备良好的逻辑思维、学习能力与团队协作意识
