岗位职责：
1、独立按时完成结构设计，物料选型，样机组装测试等;
2、项目初期识别结构类风险，主导结构类相关所有问题的解决;
3、制作产品结构bom，编写dfmea，配合apqp工作;
4、配合工程，把产品导入产线，处理结构类的相关设计问题。
任职资格：
1、2027届毕业生，硕士及以上学历，机械工程、机械电子、机械设计制造及其自动化、材料成型及控制工程相关专业;
2、专业基础扎实，熟练运用3d，2d设计软件，办公软件;
3、对于常用基础材料，包含五金件，压铸件，塑胶件，密封橡胶类等有基础认知，对压铸结构设计，密封设计，塑胶结构设计等设计有较好理解;
4.、学习能力强且乐于钻研，优秀的逻辑思维能力，良好的沟通协作能力。
