We're looking for a Graphic Designer with strong AI video creation and editing skills to build engaging video content for ShopDeck's marketing and performance campaigns. The role is highly execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on AI-generated videos, video editing, creative experimentation, and scalable AI-powered workflows.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer with strong AI video creation and editing skills to build engaging video content for ShopDeck's marketing and performance campaigns. The role is highly execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on AI-generated videos, video editing, creative experimentation, and scalable AI-powered workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Video Creation – Create short-form marketing and performance videos using AI video generation tools with transitions, animations, text, effects, audio, and other post-production elements, from concept and prompting to final output.
- AI Creative Generation – Experiment with AI tools to generate images, visuals, backgrounds, characters, scenes, and other creative assets.
- Prompting & Experimentation – Write, test, and refine prompts to achieve the desired visual style, storytelling, movement, and output quality.
- Performance Creatives – Create video creatives for Meta, Google, social media, and other marketing channels, with a focus on hooks, messaging, and engagement.
- Creative Testing – Develop multiple video concepts, formats, hooks, and visual directions and iterate based on feedback and performance.
- Creative Automation – Explore AI-powered workflows, templates, and tools that help produce high-quality video content faster and at scale.
- Graphic Design Support – Create supporting static creatives, thumbnails, social assets, and campaign visuals while maintaining brand consistency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with Marketing, Performance Marketing, Brand, and Content teams to convert campaign objectives into compelling visual and video content.
- AI Video Expertise – Hands-on experience creating videos using AI video generation tools.
- Visual Design Fundamentals – Strong understanding of composition, typography, colour, layouts, visual storytelling, and creative direction.
- Prompt Crafting – Ability to write, test, and refine prompts to consistently achieve high-quality visual and video outputs.
- Creative & Analytical Thinking – Combines creative judgment with structured problem-solving and performance-driven iteration.
- Experimentation Mindset – Constantly explores new AI tools, video formats, editing techniques, and creative workflows.
- Execution: Ability to take a brief from concept → AI generation → editing → iteration → final creative independently.
- Experience & Background: 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Video Design, Motion Design, Creative Design or a similar role.
- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Design & Editing Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalent video/design tools.
- AI Tools: Experience with AI creative/video platforms such as Runway, Kling, Grok, Google Flow, Nano Banana, Veo, Sora, Pika, Luma, Midjourney or similar tools.
