Lead the growth strategy for Shopee Singapore’s affiliate marketing business, with responsibility for traffic acquisition, affiliate partner growth, conversion performance, and business outcomes
Grow high-quality traffic across affiliate channels, including creators, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and network partners
Identify, acquire, and develop strategic affiliate partners to expand Shopee’s affiliate ecosystem and diversify traffic sources
Design and implement programmes to increase affiliate activation, engagement, content creation, and publishing activity
Improve affiliate conversion and gross merchandise value through initiatives such as brand and SKU matching, promotional mechanics, commission structures, and other commercial levers
Monitor affiliate funnel performance across acquisition, activation, and conversion, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Track key affiliate business metrics, including traffic, average daily orders, and affiliate direct gross merchandise value

Bachelor’s Degree in any field; a Master’s degree would be advantageous but is not required
Minimum two years of full-time strategy experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
Experience developing growth strategies, commercial initiatives, or partnership programmes that deliver measurable business outcomes
Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams
Experience in e-commerce, marketplace businesses, affiliate marketing, loyalty programmes, fintech, digital platforms, or performance marketing would be advantageous
