Construction Lead - Expansion Project

Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Support and drive the end-to-end execution of SPX construction and renovation projects across Indonesia.
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day activities of renovation supervisors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within approved budgets, and according to specifications.
• Track project progress closely, identify execution risks early, and work with supervisors and vendors to resolve issues on-site.
• Monitor project costs against budget, flag potential overruns, and support cost optimization initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain project tracking, cost control, and progress reporting using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Expansion, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Operations) to ensure smooth project execution and timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with external parties including contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure proper documentation of project decisions, variations, and execution outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement of construction execution processes, reporting standards, and controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 4-6 years of experience in construction, renovation, or project execution roles.
• Prior experience in a developer, main contractor, or reputable construction company is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated strength in hands-on project execution, coordination, and follow-through.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, particularly in cost tracking, progress reporting, and variance analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
• Strong commitment to ethical conduct, transparency, and integrity, particularly in vendor coordination, cost control, and variation management.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing execution dependencies.
• Willing to be mobile and travel as required for project needs.
• Based in Jakarta, working primarily from the office.
