Project management in providing data consultation to business departments on analysis metrics, data application, and current database collections.
Work with different stakeholders on dashboard/table design, metric defining and insight finding to support the continuous improvement of Shopee Cross Border and CN seller performance tracking.
Problem solve with business and BI teams to translate complex business requests to executional technical data tasks
Prepare reports and presentations to synthesize findings, generate actionable insights

Graduate of Bachelor’s degree and above in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, and other related fields
Relevant project management experience and conduct as a good coordinator and communicator. Ability to turn business problems into data-driven solutions.
At least 1 year working experience in business analytics related roles, preferably in the financial services, digital banking, & Internet & telco industries.
Hands on experience in Excel, SQL and Google Sheets
Entrepreneurial spirit, with start-up mindset and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Able to pay attention to detail and rely on data driven decision making
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written); ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is highly preferred.
