  • Execute driver partner recruitment activities to achieve assigned hiring targets while ensuring candidate quality and compliance with operational procedures.
  • Provide consultation, guidance, and end-to-end support to driver applicants throughout their onboarding journey, from initial engagement and registration to successful platform activation via phone calls, email, SMS, Zalo ZNS, and in-person support at the recruitment office.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including:
  • Posting job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Conducting social media outreach and community engagement.
  • Supporting the development of recruitment and employer branding content when required.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report recruitment performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with company policies and operational requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with or knowledge of online recruitment channels is preferred. Experience in creating recruitment content and supporting employer branding initiatives is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, consultation, and persuasion skills, with confidence in engaging and supporting candidates through both online and offline channels.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Ability to monitor recruitment progress, manage recruitment data, and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, particularly Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
