- Identify key brands’ challenges and growth opportunities through data analysis, qualitative feedback and industry trends
- Adopt a data-driven approach to track performance and measure success
- Drive continuous improvements in the brand management process via innovation and new technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the rollout and adoption of new products and features
- Partner with external and internal stakeholders to support strategic partnership initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business / Finance/ Engineering or a related field
- Prior internship or full-time experience in the internet, consulting or relevant industries is a plus
- Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, able to tackle complex problems with a structured approach
- Organised, discerning and highly attentive to details
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in discussions with senior stakeholders and external parties such as brands, channels or media agencies
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data modeling skills
- A fast learner and collaborative team player, able to thrive in a dynamic work environment with the flexibility to adapt to new challenges
- Experience in digital media/ e-commerce with solid knowledge is a plus
