  • Execute and support creator onboarding and growth initiatives, including amplification tactics to increase creator adoption and performance within the Shopee Affiliate Program
  • Coordinate and project manage initiatives with internal teams including Business Development, Operations, Business Intelligence, Product, and Creative to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Track, analyse, and report on initiative performance using data and metrics to identify optimisation opportunities and support decision-making
  • Communicate and collaborate with external agencies to onboard, manage, and support creators throughout their growth journey
  • Monitor competitor campaigns and market trends to surface insights that can strengthen creator acquisition and growth strategies
  • Support process optimisation by identifying inefficiencies, improving workflows, and enhancing coordination across teams to ensure scalable creator operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with internal teams and external partners
  • Good execution and coordination skills, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a structured approach to work
  • Keen interest in social media, influencer marketing, and the digital marketing landscape
  • Team player with a strong sense of ownership and drive to achieve performance target
