- Own artist partnerships end-to-end, from relationship building and negotiation to campaign planning & execution, ensuring smooth delivery for both Shopee and partners.
- Build strong relationships with artists, management teams, agencies, and key players in the entertainment industry, using strong negotiation and relationship skills to maximize value for Shopee.
- Stay highly plugged into entertainment, social trends and fandoms especially on X/Twitter, IG and turn real-time insights and trends into partnership and campaign opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally to align campaign objectives, deliverables, timelines, assets, budgets, and events, while proactively solving issues and balancing the needs of all stakeholders.
- Track campaign performance, identify opportunities to strengthen future collaborations and prepare post-campaign reports.
- Assist in managing campaign, event preparation and execution.
- Maintain accurate campaign records, trackers, and documentation.
- Provide administrative and operational support for the campaign as assigned.
- Work cross-functionally to align campaign objectives, deliverables, timelines, assets, budgets and events, while proactively solving issues and balancing the needs of all stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Project Coordination, Partnership Support, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Good command of both Thai and English.
