- Develop partnerships with distributors, ecosystem partners, government organizations, and strategic stakeholders.
- Expand Shopee's Korean seller ecosystem beyond traditional categories into new growth verticals.
2. Drive Strategic Initiatives
- Own high-impact projects from idea to execution.
- Work directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to launch new programs.
- Influence stakeholders across Business Development, Marketing, Category, Operations, Live Commerce, Affiliate, and Product.
3. Shape the Seller Journey
- Design scalable onboarding and incubation programs.
- Build playbooks, growth frameworks, and best practices that influence hundreds of Korean sellers.
- Turn market insights into actionable business strategies.
4. Become the Bridge Between Korea & Vietnam
- Represent Shopee in meetings with brands, distributors, government organizations, and industry partners.
- Drive localization initiatives that create long-term business impact.
- 3+ years in Business Development, Strategy, Consulting, Partnerships, Category Management, or Project Management.
- Strong stakeholder management and project ownership.
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives.
- English proficiency required.
- Korean language proficiency is highly preferred.
