- Design and develop training modules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize operations and address fraud risks.
- Train agents to recognize new fraud methods and emerging patterns.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and modeling.
