  • Track and analyse key partner performance against goals, highlight growth opportunities and facilitate solutions with partner and internal teams to continually optimise partnership-driven campaigns •Represent Shopee on relevant platforms (e.g. events, conferences, media) towards existing and potential partners of the tech eco-system
  • Manage contract revisions in English with the support of the legal team
  • A natural relationship-builder with an outgoing personality and a genuine enthusiasm for meeting new people and organisations
  • An experienced negotiator with excellent communication skills, comfortable representing company interests at all levels
  • A project management pro who thrives in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while keeping timelines and budgets on track
  • Data-driven and analytical - you turn performance numbers into actionable stories and opportunities •Holds a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field
  • Relevant experience in partnerships, business development, client servicing, or project management
  • Prior experience in a startup, VC, or company-building environment is a strong plus
