Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business development, consulting, marketplace operations, or strategy, ideally with some regional exposure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience working on cross-market or cross-functional projects.
Experience in process documentation, benchmarking, or business operations improvement.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to work in a dynamic regional environment.
