  • Define and execute comprehensive research initiatives within the project period to gain deep insights into buyer behavior, preferences, and pain points across multiple regional markets.
  • Analyze user feedback and commercial data to identify critical optimization opportunities for the buyer experience, ensuring a seamless, customer-centric journey.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across countries to capture critical user pain points and gather feature requests for implementation within defined project milestones.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional product management teams to design feasible, reasonable, and sustainable solutions that achieve target indicators.
  • Evaluate and propose potential feature designs based on data-driven commercial analysis, aligning with available product and engineering resources.
  • Establish feature development priorities based on detailed impact-versus-effort metrics to ensure key milestones are delivered on schedule.
  • Monitor the development pipeline and regularly update local stakeholders, regional teams, and upper management on project progress and feature status.
  • Manage end-to-end feature lifecycles within the project timeline, tracking adoption, usage, and traffic KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university, preferably majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related technical/quantitative (Business, Sciences and Engineering).
  • Possess 4 or more years of relevant professional experience, with prior experience in product management or management consulting strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven logical thinking, with a proven ability to translate insights into structured, actionable business strategies.
  • Fluency in English to facilitate effective verbal and written cross-border communication and collaboration.
  • Practical experience operating within one of our local markets, along with fluency in the corresponding local language, is highly preferred.
  • Proven capability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems within a structured work environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across varied cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Self-motivated individual who is comfortable navigating rapid changes and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and collaborative team spirit.
