- Implement and enforce strict Safety and 5S workplace organizational practices throughout the warehouse area
- Monitor daily warehouse operations to maintain workflow efficiency and performance accuracy
- Manage manpower allocation dynamically to ensure optimal team productivity and throughput
- Oversee localized end-to-end Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory control processes
- Control system accuracy and warehouse operational flows utilizing the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Handle immediate operational issues, performance bottlenecks, and floor complaints proactively
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams and escalate critical operational issues to the Supervisor
- Minimum educational qualification of Senior High School, Vocational High School (SMA/SMK), or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related logistics role or fulfillment industry
- Proven familiarity with data tracking and reporting tools including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong experience in operating and managing workflows within a digital Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Willing to work in rotating shifts and placed according to company needs within the assigned city
- Strong leadership skills with a proven capability to lead, motivate, and manage both small and large operational teams
