Key Requirements
Education
B.E. in Electrical Engineering
Experience
6 to 8 years of experience in:
Medium Voltage (MV) Distribution Products
Digital Grid Portfolio
Product and System Sales
Skills
Strong sales and marketing orientation
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Experience handling channel partners and their infrastructure/resources
Good understanding of Gujarat market dynamics, customers, and competitors
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in techno-commercial environments
Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and expand customer base
Develop and strengthen channel partner network
Drive sales targets for Smart Infrastructure products and systems
Build and maintain project lead databases
Analyze and optimize lead-generation processes
Develop relationships with end users through partner networks
Coordinate across business units for commercial and technical solutions
Support overall business growth in the Western Region
What Siemens is Looking For
The ideal candidate would be someone who:
Has a strong network in Gujarat's electrical infrastructure market
Understands MV switchgear, power distribution, and grid automation solutions
Has experience working with consultants, EPCs, utilities, industries, and channel partners
Can independently drive sales opportunities from lead generation to order closure
Demonstrates leadership, ownership, and a growth mindset
