We are looking for job title: Context Engineer
You’ll create impact by
- Design ontologies, taxonomies, and knowledge graphs that model our business domains
- Enrich data products with semantic metadata (meaning, lineage, ownership)
- Define and apply data contracts that set out how AI agents may use data: permitted purposes, access rights, quality guarantees, and usage limits
- Build GraphRAG and hybrid retrieval, and design prompts, agents, and skills grounded in this semantic and contractual layer
- Connect enterprise sources (data platforms, catalogs, Confluence, Jira) through APIs and MCP
- Evaluate AI outputs and keep improving their quality, working with domain experts and data teams
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including
- Experience with knowledge graphs and semantic technologies (RDF/OWL, SPARQL, or property graphs)
- Understanding of data products, data contracts, data mesh, and metadata management
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and agent patterns
- Skills in Python, SQL, and APIs, plus strong conceptual modeling
- Clear communication in English (German is a plus)
