Siemens is a German technology conglomerate founded in Berlin in 1847 by Werner von Siemens around a telegraph that indicated letters rather than Morse code. After a decade of divestments it now concentrates on industry, infrastructure, transport and healthcare, supplying factory automation and control systems, building and grid technology, trains and signalling, and the Teamcenter and NX design software acquired through a long run of software purchases. The Siemens Xcelerator platform ties hardware to software and digital twins, and the group retains a majority stake in the separately listed medical imaging company Siemens Healthineers.

Here at Siemens, we take pride in enabling sustainable progress through technology. We do this through empowering customers by combining the real and digital worlds. Improving how we live, work, and move today and for the next generation! We know that the only way a business thrives is if our people are thriving. That’s why we always put our people first. Our global, diverse team would be happy to support you and challenge you to grow in new ways. Who knows where our shared journey will take you?

  • Coordinate technical training and hands-on learning with Engineering Managers, the Technical Talent Director, Power Academy, mentors, subject-matter experts, and project teams.
  • Monitor participant performance, safety, field readiness, overtime, key performance indicators, and development progress; adjust plans and priorities as needed.

    • Leading or developing engineers or technical employees and coordinating schedules, deployments, stakeholders, metrics, and development plans.
    • Communicating technical concepts and collaborating across engineering, project, training, and field teams.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule and be physically present in the Wendell, North Carolina office at least two days per week.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% domestically for recruiting, training, field support, participant visits, and industry events.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
