Planning Engineer

Main Responsibilities 主要职责

• Manage the planning and scheduling tools (Opcenter APS), Basing on customer demand and production constrains to generate the middle/long-term plan and weekly production schedule (AIS/VCB/PP).

管理计划工具(例如Opcenter APS)，基于客户需求及生产限制，制定中/长期计划及周排程。

• Follow up production planning fulfillment status, analysis for fulfillment rate and take leadership for action needed, actively coordinate problem shooting during the production process.

追踪生产计划完成情况，分析生产计划完成率并制定应对措施，积极协调生产过程中的问题解决。

• Capacity management, balance customer demand and internal capacity, Optimize production plan.

产能管理，平衡客户需求和内部产能，优化产能分配。

• Manage the demand planning tools (SAP), check MPS result, check the material status for each production line, make sure production started without missing parts.

管理需求工具(例如SAP)，核查MPS结果，核查物料状况，确保无缺件启动生产。

• Fully support OM to implement the project management process, ensure deliver the product on time/quality, minimize finish goods, to realize company TO target.

支持项目经理实施项目管理流程，确保按时/高质量交付产品，降低成品库，实现公司销售目标。

• Finish goods/WIP inventory management.

成品及在制品库存管理。

• Production order control (including R&D/CS orders & Small orders), release and confirm production orders in SAP on time, issue picking list to warehouse.

工单管控(含研发/售后及其他小订单项目工单)，按时释放及关闭工单，按时给仓库下达领料清单。

• KPI data updating and other related reports.

KPI数据更新及其他相关报表。

• Perform other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the line manager.

执行直线经理分配的其他任务/职责。

Main Requirements 主要职位要求

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Engineering/Logistics management preferred.

本科或以上学历，工程类/物流管理类专业优先。

• 3 years’ experience or above in production planning/order processing, Mechanical and Electrical industry is preferred.

三年以上生产计划/订单执行领域工作经验，机械与电气行业优先。

• Good at ERP (SAP, Oracle and so on), APS related experience will be an advantage.

熟练使用SAP, Oracle等ERP系统，拥有APS相关经验优先。

• Good at MS office, digitized skill on data mining and analysis will be an advantage (Power BI, Tableau, Python).

熟练使用office软件，拥有数据分析技能优先(Power BI, Tableau, Python等)。

• Can use English as working language.

可以使用英语作为工作语言。

• Team player, customer and result oriented.

具有团队合作精神，且关注客户及结果导向。
