The Impact You’ll Make

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you are the architect of Siemens’ technical success. You don’t just sell products; you translate complex industrial challenges into high-impact automation and digitalization solutions. Focusing on our most strategic Life Science accounts and large-scale projects across the Benelux and France, you will:

• Be the Technical Bridge: Act as the primary technical advisor, turning customer needs into feasible Siemens architectures.
• Drive Strategic Projects: Lead the technical qualification and solution definition for major project opportunities, collaborating closely with Account Managers.
• Shape the Future of Industry: Identify how Siemens’ Automation, IT/OT, and Digitalization portfolio can create measurable value for process industries.
• Collaborate Internationally: Support vertical sales teams across the Benelux and France, coordinating with internal experts and external partners (EPCs, integrators).

What You Bring

We are looking for a pragmatic, curious professional who can combine technical depth with business impact.

• Background: A Master’s degree in Engineering (Automation, Industrial, or Digitalization).
• Experience: 3 to 10 years in industrial automation, drives, electrification, or IT/OT project execution.
• Industry Savvy: Experience in Life Science, Chemicals, or Energy is a major asset.
• Commercial Mindset: You understand the "business" side of engineering-experience with contract negotiation is a strong plus.
• Languages: You are fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English for international collaboration.
