You’ll make an impact by
- You develop and deliver advanced training about power system protection and provide practical, hands-on training under critical conditions.
- You support and coach customers and internal teams about topics related to power system protection and act as an advisor on operations to cover their needs and requirements.
- You create a sustainable curriculum and develop trainings programs for our customers.
- You facilitate workshops and simulations in technical operations.
- You support the development and improvement of scenarios, tools, simulations and frameworks for future-ready operational performance.
- You are part of R&D initiatives to integrate new technologies and evolving industry needs into our solutions.

- You have the ability to train our customers and to develop technical training programs and workshops.
- You possess the drive to empower and engage your environment, and you are an individual who can optimally adapt to diverse target groups.
- You have several years of experience in electrification, power transmission and distribution, power system protection and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field; Previous knowledge of SIPROTEC V, SIPROTEC 5 and/or SIPROTEC 4 is a plus.
- You have analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have advanced level of German and English.
- Willingness to travel and strong communication and interpersonal skills complete your profile.
