Обязанности:
- Поиск, отбор и привлечение кандидатов (массовые позиции);
- Проведение телефонных интервью;
- Взаимодействие с руководителями подразделений для определения потребностей в персонале;
- Поддержание базы данных кандидатов и ведение отчетности по подбору.
Требования:
- Опыт работы в сфере подбора персонала от 1 года (желательно в охранной или смежной сфере);
- Умение работать с различными источниками поиска кандидатов (понимание принципов работы с Авито и НН);
- Отличные коммуникативные навыки и способность работать в команде.
Условия:
- Заработная плата: стабильный ежемесячный оклад.
- График работы: 5/2 с 09:00 до 18:00 (суббота, воскресенье и праздничные дни - выходные); • Официальное оформление.
- Работа в офисе (только офисный формат).
