About Your New Job

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Handle global customer inquiries and resolve issues related to company products, including complaints, queries, and refunds.
Respond efficiently and effectively to customer and employee questions or concerns, ensuring all interactions are professional and courteous.
Maintain thorough knowledge of company facilities, products, promotions, policies, and procedures to deliver accurate information.
Complete all documentation to internal standards and comply with company procedures, working safely at all times.
Report directly to the Customer Service Team Lead.

You will work Monday to Friday, 5:00pm - 1:00am, with a 20% shift premium.

What Skills You Need

Fluency in spoken and written English.
2+ years’ experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service environment.
Strong communication and excellent telephone/customer service skills.
Native language fluency in an additional language is a plus, but not required.
