About Your New Job
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of electrical installations on site, managing labour, subcontractors and daily operations while ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
Your Duties
Supervise electrical installations from first fix through to commissioning and handover.
Manage electricians, subcontractors and specialist suppliers on site.
Coordinate works with Project Managers, Site Managers and other trades.
Ensure all works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
Monitor quality standards and conduct site inspections.
Promote and maintain health and safety compliance across all site activities.
Attend site meetings and provide progress updates to project teams.
Assist with testing, commissioning and project close-out.
What Skills You Need
Qualified Electrician with relevant trade certification.
Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor, Foreman or Chargehand.
Strong knowledge of electrical installations and site operations.
Experience working on commercial, residential or industrial projects.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple work fronts and site teams effectively.
Full driving licence.
