We are currently recruiting for a Purchasing Coordinator (Planning) to join an established company in Newcastle West due to continued growth.

This is a varied role combining purchasing, inventory, materials coordination and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Placing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
• Managing stock, inventory and materials
• Receiving and dispatching goods
• Coordinating materials across the warehouse
• Managing tool calibration and records
• Ensuring materials are available when required
• Supporting day-to-day warehouse and purchasing operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in purchasing, materials, stores, inventory or warehouse coordination
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Ability to prioritise and work with a sense of urgency
• Good understanding of warehouse operations
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Good IT skills

Benefits

• €40,000-€45,000 salary DOE
• 36.5-hour working week
• Monday-Friday, no weekends
