About Your New Role:

As Site Manager, you will coordinate day-to-day site operations on high-profile building projects, ensuring all activities are completed to the highest standards. Your focus will include:

• Leading site teams and subcontractors for on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Upholding strict safety, quality, and compliance protocols.
• Coordinating construction planning, stakeholder communication, and detailed project reporting.
• Driving problem-solving, continuous improvement, and team performance.
• Ensuring resources, equipment, and materials are utilised efficiently.

What Skills You Need:

• Minimum 5 years’ site management experience, preferably for a Main Contractor.
• Recognised qualification or trade background in Construction or a related field.
• Track record of delivering projects within set timelines and specifications.
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and Irish industry standards.
• Safepass and Manual Handling certification desirable.
