We are looking for a Senior Technical Programme Manager to own end-to-end customer integration programmes with our banking and fintech partners. You will be the single point of accountability for getting Sign3 deployed, integrated, and live inside some of the largest financial institutions in the country. This is a high-ownership, customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. You will work directly with our customers' technology leadership, lead complex multi-team integration programmes, and drive them to production with the urgency and rigour that financial services environments demand.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end execution of customer integration programmes with banks, NBFCs, and fintech partners from kickoff through production rollout and stabilisation.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer engineering and program teams during integration.
- Translate customer requirements into clear technical scope, sequencing, and delivery plans in partnership with Sign3 engineering and product teams.
- Drive cross-functional execution across Sign3 engineering, data science, product, and customer success teams to unblock customer programmes.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs proactively, escalating early and driving decisions to closure.
- Run program governance for customer engagements: status reviews, milestone tracking, change management, and executive reporting.
- Partner with customers' security, compliance, and infrastructure teams on deployment models, including on-premise and cloud integrations.
- Build and improve internal playbooks for customer integration, onboarding, and program delivery as we scale.
Requirements:
- 7 to 10 years of overall experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in technical program management, engineering program management, or an equivalent role.
- Engineering background: past experience as a software engineer, architect, or technical lead before moving into programme management.
- Direct experience delivering technology programs for banks, NBFCs, payment companies, or other BFSI customers.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, SDK deployments, distributed systems, and modern cloud architectures.
- Track record of owning large, ambiguous, cross-functional programmes and driving them to production.
- Excellent stakeholder management: comfortable presenting to and influencing customer CTOs, CISOs, and engineering leadership.
- Sharp written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
- High ownership and bias for action: you treat customer commitments as your own and drive outcomes, not just status updates.
- Familiarity with fraud detection, risk, KYC, identity, or related BFSI domains is a strong plus.
