Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Product Manager to lead the design, development, and evolution of innovative warehouse automation products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, building products from the ground up, and working at the intersection of software, hardware, automation, and customer success. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Solutions, Sales, and Business teams to deliver world-class automation solutions that create measurable value for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to launch and scale.
• Define and drive the product roadmap, priorities, and execution strategy.
• Partner with software, hardware, and solutions engineering teams to translate customer needs into impactful product features.
• Drive product adoption, customer success, and business outcomes.
• Own product performance metrics, pricing strategy, P& L, and customer impact.
• Develop product specifications, testing frameworks, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and external partners.
• Support customer engagements, product demonstrations, and pre-sales discussions.
• Stay informed on emerging trends in warehouse automation, robotics, IoT/IIoT, and supply chain technology.
• Build business cases and strategic plans for new product initiatives.
• Gather insights from customers, industry experts, and market trends to shape product strategy.
• Analyse the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Product Management or Product Development experience.
• Proven experience building and scaling products from concept (0-1) to maturity.
• Strong experience in warehouse automation, supply chain technology, logistics technology, robotics, industrial automation, or enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments or innovation-led organisations.
• Ability to manage product roadmaps, prioritisation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of Robotics, Automation Systems, IoT/IIoT, or Smart Warehouse technologies.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale SaaS products.
• Exposure to hardware-software integrated products.
• Strong business acumen with experience owning product KPIs and commercial outcomes.
• A builder mindset with strong ownership and customer focus.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex challenges.
• Passion for innovation, automation, and emerging technologies.
