More about the role
- Verify that customer- and all other applicable requirements (industrial, suppliers, component platforms, standards and regulations) are SMART and complete
- Translate requirements into CTQ’s and manages the CTQ flow down
- Validate the CTQ’s through efficient test plans and use of statistical tools. Makes product certification available
- Manage risks through all design phases until PE using FMEA methodology
- Prevent incidents by ensuring robust design
- Drive safe launch/field tests with active customer involvement
- Ensure the quality of milestone decisions and escalates when quality of the product/service is at risk
- Close feedback loops from customer complaints by embedding the learnings into new design rules, QTP’s, FMEA’s and other VE-tools
- Develop and coach the development organizations with the use of Quality tools like DfSS and FMEA.

- Electrical mechanical or material bachelor background
- Be familiar of quality control tools DFEA DPPM etc.
- Prefer for luminaire quality control working experience.
- Good teamwork and communication
- Good English communication for both reading& writing skill.
- Both tasks and team management ownership and skill to face to the pressure
