Job Description :
- The project manager should have overall 10 to 13 years of experience in cyber security and should have led SOC and other security programs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the team and stakeholders.
- Coordinate the establishment of the project management environment, including reporting tools, monthly reports, and governance/communication protocols.
- Review project tasks, schedules, and resources and make changes or additions, as appropriate.
- Measure and evaluate progress against Supplier project plans, if applicable, with the Stakeholders.
- Establish documentation and procedural standards for Deliverables.
- Should oversee the team that monitors, detects, and responds to cybersecurity threats while bridging technical operations and executive leadership.
- Team leadership, incident response coordination, security strategy development, tool management, and stakeholder communication.
- Should be responsible for maintaining the agreed service level, should handle governance meetings, and present SLA reports.
- Strong experience managing enterprise clients.
- Exposure to Cybersecurity / Managed Security Services environments.
- Proven experience handling multi-tower delivery (SOC, IR, IDAM, etc.).
Strong knowledge of :
- ITIL processes.
- Project governance frameworks (PMI / PRINCE2 / Agile).
- Experience working with Middle East clients (UAE / Dubai region).
Certifications :
- PMP / PRINCE2.
- ITIL.
- CISSP / CISM (added advantage).
