Inside Sales Representative

Signode is a leading global provider of transit packaging solutions, helping customers optimize their packaging operations through innovative products, equipment, and services.

Signode is looking for a commercially driven Inside Sales Representative to join our EMEA team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of customers, convert sales opportunities, support renewals, and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customers and opportunities.

• Convert inbound leads and follow up on outbound sales opportunities.

• Prepare quotations, RFQs, and commercial documentation.

• Support pricing execution and promotional campaigns.

• Deliver excellent customer service and coordinate with internal teams.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and opportunity pipelines.

• Support contract renewals and customer retention activities.

This role reports to Inside Sales Manager Daniel Edwards that is located in Signode UK, therefore your application need to be in English.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Customer Service.

• Experience in B2B industrial sales is an advantage.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

• Highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused.

• Fluent in English, Swedish and Finish
