Position Summary:
The Manager - Sales/Commercial will drive sales growth and business development for FIBC and Container Liner products across domestic and international markets. Responsible for acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence while achieving revenue targets. The role requires expertise in industrial packaging, logistics, export-import operations, and B2B sales. The incumbent will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver packaging solutions, ensure order fulfilment, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
§ Drive sales and business development activities for FIBC and Container Liner products.
§ Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
§ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
§ Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
§ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions.
§ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
§ Handle key accounts and negotiate commercial terms and contracts.
§ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
§ Work closely with logistics, export, and import teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.
§ Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business plans.
Candidate Profile:
Qualification & Certification (if applicable)
§ Graduate with master’s in marketing, business administration or a relevant field
§ Good academic records, 60 % & above across all academics
Experience
§ 5-10 years of experience in FIBC / Container Liners Sales & Marketing.
§ Strong understanding of logistics, export, and import operations.
§ Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition.
§ Experience in B2B sales and key account management.
§ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
§ Ability to work independently and achieve sales objectives.

§ Practicing Sales manager: well versed with VAS, solutions selling, Key accounts management
§ Ability to guide, coach senior segment managers who are SMEs of their respective segments
§ Proven sales experience of meeting, or exceeding targets
§ Ability to communicate, present and influence executives across all levels within and outside the organization
§ Proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
§ Strong interpersonal skills, assertiveness and negotiation skills
§ Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, ability to manage multiple projects and work on tight deadlines
