We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer / DevOps Engineering Leader or Manager to join a project focused on developing a self-service platform for our Client. This platform will empower developers and business users to automatically provision the necessary infrastructure and application environments for new digital solutions using a low-code/no-code approach. You will work in a hybrid mode - 1 day per week from Client's office.
Your tasks
Leading DevOps activities to ensure efficient infrastructure provisioning and application deployment
Driving the development of a self-service platform that meets the needs of developers and business users
Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
Managing systems integration processes to enhance the platform's functionality
Utilizing Azure DevOps and Microsoft Azure to streamline development workflows
Implementing and managing Crossplane and Argo CD for effective resource management and deployment
Providing technical leadership and mentoring to team members
Facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or systems administration
Deep expertise in AzureDevOps and Microsoft Azure
Hands-on experience with Crossplane and Argo CD
Strong skills in systems integration and stakeholder management
Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a technical environment
Advanced level of English
