We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team.
- Receives order for products by telephone, fax or mail. Enters orders and distributes to all relevant department.
- Checks pricing to ensure correct information is being given to the customer.
- Coordinates with production product availability, color match, and estimated delivery date.
- Forwards customer acknowledgement by fax, or email. Follows up on orders, ensuring manufacture and shipment are completed on time.
- Communicates with customers regarding any deviations from original orders.
- Communicates with management on any problems or deviations requiring assistance and ensures invoice data is correct by checking pricing, quantities shipped, etc.
- Distributes appropriate documentation to accounting and retains customer files and price book.
- Performs other duties as required.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- (3) Three years related experience In Customer Service
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- SAP Experience a plus+
