Sika Automotive & Industry Business delivers innovative solutions to the world’s leading manufacturers and service providers in automotive OEM, commercial vehicles, automotive aftermarket, marine vessels, renewable energy, sandwich panels, industrial equipment, HVAC, home and commercial appliances, modular building, facades and fenestration. Sika India services direct customers and distributors and stay close to them via the central sales & marketing office in Pune, and a pan India sales team presence.
- Source suitable candidates through recognized job portals and internal ATS tool.
- Screen resumes and share shortlisted profiles with the respective hiring managers for further evaluation.
- Coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, daily hiring reports, and related documentation with accuracy.
- Support the onboarding process, including documentation review, verification, and completion of joining formalities.
- Assist the HR team with essential operational tasks and provide administrative support as required.
- MBA in HR.
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR functions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
