Packaging Operator

Sika is seeking a reliable and motivated Packaging Operator to support production at our growing Mattawan, MI facility. In this role, you’ll help ensure our products are packaged with accuracy and care-directly contributing to our operational success. • Operate on various packaging lines to support timely and accurate product output
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain workflow efficiency
• Use computers to create accurate and compliant labels
• Operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment (training provided if needed)
• Assist in other functional areas as needed to support the facility’s overall success
• Other duties which may be assigned by the Manager

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to wear all required PPE, including air-purifying respirators
• Comfort working on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to work independently while following general supervision
• Manufacturing experience (a plus but not required!)
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift and move materials (30-50 lbs. regularly; up to 50 lbs. max; push/pull up to 100 lbs.)
• Comfortable with repetitive physical activity
