Sales Specialist - Industry (Transport/Vehicles Segment)

Job Purpose: Responsible for developing and executing business strategies for the Transportation market field (bus, truck, special vehicles) nationwide, while leading Sales Management for the Center region. Drives commercial growth, coordinates sales and technical activities, develops market penetration strategies, and ensures strong collaboration across departments.

• Market Development & Business Strategy: Define market approach, product range, and long-term strategic direction for Transportation customers (bus, truck, special vehicles) nationwide. Identify market segments suitable for expansion or new product introduction.
• Customer Relationship & Technical Support: Conduct regular customer visits and build strong relationships with key OEM/OES and transportation partners. Promote Sika solutions and provide technical support, including troubleshooting and claim handling. Provide customer training on applications and product usage.
• Center Sales Management: Manage the daily work of Center region customers. Ensure strong execution of approved marketing plans, monitor market trends, and track competitor activity. Ensure the availability of material resources (samples, tools, marketing collateral) for customers.
• Cross-functional Coordination & Product Launch: Ensure the Technical Department is aware of market needs and trends. Align with Laboratory, Production, R&D, and Supply Chain for smooth launches of new products. Collaborate with the Sales Lead, Head of A&I Vietnam to align strategy and execution.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting: Prepare quotations and technical documentation. Support channel and application field development with branches. Perform market intelligence to identify potential customers and industry opportunities. Track and report sales KPIs and budgets.
• Compliance & Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all company commercial and customer information. Comply with all laws and Sika regulations, processes, and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) minimum requirements. Adhere to occupational safety and hygiene measures as outlined in the workplace. Uphold all agreements on occupational safety and hygiene stipulated in the Labor Contract or collective bargaining agreement.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of technical sales experience in transportation, automotive, adhesives, coatings, or related engineering sectors; experience managing or supervising regional sales is an advantage.
• Skills: Strong commercial acumen and understanding of technical products and applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to conduct training and handle customer troubleshooting. Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and guide regional sales teams. Strong planning, reporting, and organizational skills. Ability to identify and develop new market opportunities. Compliance mindset aligned with ISO 9000 and ISO 14001 processes. Willingness to travel domestically for customer support and business development.
